antiSMASH Table Generator
antiSMASH reports the biosynthetic gene clusters it finds as a browsable HTML report, which is awkward to compare across genomes. Give this tool the URL of an antiSMASH job and it returns an .xlsx table of the detected regions: record, coordinates, cluster class, the most similar known cluster, and its similarity score.
